Because the purity of DEF is essential, KleerBlue by Separation By Design has identified DEF handling systems and components that maintain the purity of DEF while delivering exceptional performance at an affordable price.  The equipment listed here complies with the ISO 22241 standards for proper handling of DEF.  Unique DEF handling systems are presented for use with the variety of DEF drums and tote containers offered in the marketplace.  These containers are classified into two types, Open and Closed containers.  “Open” drum and totes are containers that do not have drybreak connections and allow for easy access to withdraw DEF from their bung openings or lid.  “Closed” containers do have a sealed drybreak system that requires the user to have the mating drybreak coupler connection to withdraw DEF from the container.

Flowserve
The medium duty Flowserve PH6 self-priming polypropylene pump is available with 110-volt or 12-volt electric motors and delivers 9-10 GPM.  A stainless MicroMatic DV drum valve coupler is an integral part of the pump inlet, providing a quick and leak free connection/release of the whole pumping unit from the DEF container.

Tuthill
The heavy duty Tuthill stainless steel self-priming rotary vane pump is equipped with a ½ horsepower 110-volt motor and delivers 6-8 GPM.

Finish Thompson
The Finish Thompson PFM series medium duty, indoor use polypropylene self-priming submersible immersion pump features 110-volt variable speed controls or air operated motor.  The PFM series will deliver 6-10 GPM depending upon the motor drive chosen.


The Finish Thompson EFP series light duty, indoor use polypropylene self-priming submersible immersion pump features 110-volt variable speed controls or air operated motor.  The PFM series will deliver 3-6 GPM depending upon the motor drive chosen.

Flowserve
The medium duty Flowserve PH6 self-priming polypropylene pump is available with 110-volt or 12-volt electric motors and delivers 9-10 GPM.  Available in several configurations for withdrawing DEF from the top of containers or from bottom withdraw outlets.


Goat Throat
The Goat Throat polypropylene hand pump works by pressurizing the container.  Recommended for drum use, this pump allows for a smooth and safe dispensing of DEF at a rate up to 3 GPM.


Tuthill
The Tuthill polypropylene piston pump is an economical, light duty pump for transferring DEF out of a drum.


KEY ACCESSORY

Portable Trolley
This rugged 4-wheel trolley is designed to ease the handling and movement of drums.  Most of the DEF pumping solutions can be incorporated with the trolley unit along with a spring return hose reel.
